(Al-Kafiroon) 109 : 1
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ

 You say: “Oh, the Disbelievers.”

As explained in verses 3: 7–10, the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar, including the hypocrites and their strayed followers, are the real disbelievers because they are hiding and rejecting Adhikr. This verse commands the believers who utilize Adhikr as the Criterion to identify the disbelievers and to address them accordingly. The Fujjar, who have made their food by rejecting Adhikr as told in verse 56: 82, will witness against their own souls at the time of their death, saying, “indeed we were disbelievers,” as told in verse 7: 37, and on the Day of Judgement as told in verse 6: 130.

If the hypocritical disbelievers mentioned in verse 2: 6 will enter the Fire even without trial, the disbelievers who will be driven to Hellfire after trial will reply to the question of the guards of Hellfire—the Angels—that they were disbelievers, as told in verse 39: 71. At the time of death of anyone from both these groups, the Lord will say to them, “Nay; you received My verses, then you rejected them, and you acted arrogantly; you were among the disbelievers,” as told in verse 39: 59. In verses 2: 39; 5: 10 and 86, it is told that those who hide and reject Our verses are the inmates of the Fire and will abide in it forever. See explanation 9: 73 and 48: 6.
